Osamah Hussein al Salameh al Ali, from al Jerthi village in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was arrested in 2015 by Syrian regime forces. On April 12, 2020, SNHR received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center in Damascus.
