Fawaz Muhammad al Khalifah, from al Jarthi village in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was shot dead by unknown gunmen in al Joura neighborhood in Deir Ez-Zour city, on March 28, 2020. Yet, SNHR try to contact with witnesses for more details on the incident.
