SNHR: on March 8, 2020, Civil Defense teams found the corpses of two civilians (a child and his father) under the rubbles in Sarmin city in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate. SNHR found that they were killed, after they entered the city ten days ago to take belongings to their family in their displacement site, due to the intensive bombing by Syrian- Russian alliance forces on the city at that period but without being able to determine accurate date for their death.
