Mrs. Hailah al Ibrahim, from al Boulayl village in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, died on March 7, 2020, due to lack of health and medical care in al Hawl IDPs Camp located near al Hawl town in the eastern suburbs of Hasaka governorate which is under the control of Syrian Democratic forces.
