Mustafa Muhammad Suleiman and Ibrahim Muhammad Mustafa, from Koulika village which is administratively a part of Afrin city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, were arrested on February 22, 2020, by gunmen affiliated with factions from armed opposition in Koulika village and were taken to an undisclosed location.
