Abdul Mun’em Abdul Majid al Hamad, from Sheikh Maskin city in the northern suburbs of Daraa governorate, aged 50, was arrested on October 28, 2018, by Syrian regime forces in al Sheikh Maskin city. On February 21, 2020, his family was informed that he is registered as dead in Civil Registry. SNHR suggests that the torture is likely to be the cause of his death in a detention center.
