SNHR: Syrian regime forces’ artillery fired shells on Fahil al Ezz IDPs Camp in south of Sarmada city in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate, injuring three displaced persons and partially damaging several tents, on February 14, 2020. We note that this is the first time Sarmada city is attacked by Syrian regime forces artillery since years.
