SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on M’arshimsha Bakery in the vicinity of M’arshimsha village in the eastern suburbs of Idlib governorate, completely destroying the bakery, on January 15, 2020. We note that the bakery went out of service earlier due to the ongoing attacks by Syrian- Russian alliance forces on the fourth de-escalation zone since April 26, 2019.
