Munther Muhammad Taher Lili, from Anadan city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, was arrested in 2013, by Syrian regime forces in al Hamadaniya Neighborhood in Aleppo city. On December 26, 2019, we received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center.
