A video published on October 23, 2019, showing members of al Majd Brigade (a faction from armed opposition participated in the Syrian National Army) were mutilating the corpse of a female fighter of Syrian Democratic forces in the western suburbs of Tal Abyad city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate. On October 24, the follow-up committee of abuses and breaches, which formed by Defense Ministry of Syrian Interim Government, declared the arrest of members who appeared in the video and referring them to competent court for taking legal action against them.
