The death of a civilian in the explosion of an unknown- source landmine in al James village in Raqqa, on Oct 15

Ahmad Hasan al Mohammad, from al James village which is administratively a part of Tal Abyad city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, was killed on October 15, 2019, in the explosion of a landmine in al James village. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
