Hamza Qasem Mohammad al Qaddah, from al Hrak city in the eastern suburbs of Daraa governorate, was arrested in 2011, by Syrian regime forces. On October 14, 2019, we were informed that he is registered in Civil Registry as dead on November 17, 2013, probably due to torture in a detention center.
