The child Mahmoud Omar Mohammad al Bakkara, from al Ameriya village which is administratively a part of Ras al Ein city in the northwestern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, age 14, his corpse was found with signs of gunshot in al Mshairfa neighborhood in Hasaka city, on October 14, 2019. We note that the child Mahmoud disappeared on October 10, while he was in Hasaka city. The city is controlled by Syrian Democratic forces while we are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
