The death of a civilian in the explosion of an unknown- source car bomb in al Qameshli city in Hasaka, on Oct 11

Fadi Adel Ibrahim, age 33, was killed and five others were injured in the explosion of a car bomb in Habib Munir Street in al Gharbi neighborhood in al Qameshli city in the northeastern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, on October 11, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
