SNHR: Syrian regime forces arrested five civilians on September 25, 2019, while they turned from Turkey to Syria at Kasab border crossing in the northern suburbs of Latakia governorate and took them to an undisclosed location. We note that the detainees are from al Tal city in the north of Damascus suburbs governorate and they were coming to have a settlement for their legal status.
