SNHR: a car bomb exploded near Bahhar Maternity Center in Yalanqouz Street in the middle of Jandaris city in the northern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, causing a massacre and partially damaging the center’s building, on September 24, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
