SNHR: Syrian Democratic forces raided on the neighborhoods of al Sarb, Tareeq Jarablos and al Jazeera in Manbej city in the eastern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, on August 27, 2019, arrested 16 civilians and took them to an undisclosed location.
