The death of a child in the explosion of an unknown- source car bomb in al Shaddadi city in Hasaka, on Aug 27

The child Hareth Hasan al Owayyed, from al Shaddadi city in the southern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, age 13, was killed in the explosion of a car bomb in the middle of al Shaddadi city, on August 27, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
