The death of a civilian by unknown gunmen in Idlib governorate, on Aug 15

Hazem Mohammad Hasan Hassoun, from Sarmin city in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate, was shot dead by gunmen on the road linking Sarmin city and Ifes village in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on August 15, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
