Samer al Salloum, an activist of the popular uprising, printing and distribution officer at al Gherbal Magazine and Zawraq Children Magazine, from Kafranbel city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, born in 1985, was arrested on December 26, 2017, by gunmen affiliated with Hay’at Tahrir al Sham from his place of residence in Kafranbel city and taken to al Uqab Prison in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate. On August 12, 2019, we received information confirming his execution by gunshot in April 2019, in a detention center.
