The children brothers Ibrahim and Abdullah al Hmoud were killed in the explosion of a car bomb in al Naheya Street in the middle of al Qahtaniya town in the northeastern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, on August 7, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
