Abdul Baset Mubarak, ambulance driver, and the paramedics Suleiman al Yaqoub and Mustafa al Hasan, from Kafr Zita city in Hama governorate northern suburbs, born in 1985, 1987, 1978 respectively, from Kafr Zita Emergency Organization, killed as fixed-wing warplanes which we believe were Russian fired missiles near an ambulance they were driving on the road between Kafr Zita city and al Latamena town in Hama governorate northern suburbs, as they were heading to aid the wounded of previous bombing by Syrian-Russian alliance on the region, on July 27, 2019.
