Hamad Ibrahim Aboud al Mohammad, from Gharanij city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, arrested by Syrian regime forces in 2016. On July 20, 2019, we received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center in Damascus city.
