The children Amir and Tasnim Zakareya Hussian al Sayyed were killed along with their father and mother Nadwa Barakat al Sayyed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on a shelter -cave- in west of Khan Sheikhoun city in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, causing a massacre, on July 13, 2019. We note that the victims are IDPs from al Latamena town in Hama governorate northwestern suburbs.
