Mahmoud Yasin al Abdullah, from Abu al Neitel village which is administratively a part of Soor town in Deir Ez-Zour governorate northern suburbs, was arrested on July 11, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces in a raid on his house in Abu al Neitel village and taken to an undisclosed location.
