Jamil Tawfiq Qal’a Ji, a college student at Faculty of Art, History Department in Tishreen University in Latakia city, from Hass village in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, was arrested in 2013, by Syrian regime forces from his place in Latakia city. On July 3, 2019, we were informed that he is registered in Civil Registry as dead on February 17, 2016, probably due to torture in a detention center.
