Khaled Rajab al Sejnawi, from al Latamena town in Hama governorate northwestern suburbs, was killed on June 18, 2019, in the explosion of a cluster munition of remnants of previous shelling by Syrian- Russian Alliance forces on al Latamena town. Yet, the remnants of weapons constitute a real threat to civilians in the areas controlled by factions of armed opposition. SNHR has issued a number of reports on cluster munitions and remnants of weapons where we urged to have special equipment that helps civilians in removing explosive remnants.
