28 civilians were killed, including 6 children and 4 women, at the hands of Syrian regime forces, Russian forces, ISIS, Hay’at Tahrir al Sham and Other parties, on Sunday, June 2, 2019, as documented by SNHR. Death toll is distributed as follows:
Syrian regime forces: 6 civilians, including a child and 3 women
Russian forces: a civilian
ISIS: 3 civilians, including a child
Hay’at Tahrir al Sham: a civilian
Other parties: 17 civilians, including 4 children and 2 women
