Abdul Fattah Hamoud al Mudhesh, from al Jarthi village in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, was arrested on May 18, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces in a raid on his house in al Jarthi village and taken to an undisclosed location.
