Ghassan Mohammad Iskaf, from al Bara village in Jabal al Zaweya area in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, was kidnapped on May 18, 2019, by gunmen from his workplace in Sarmada city in Idlib governorate norther suburbs and taken to an undisclosed location. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
