Ahmad Hamoud al Hussein al Smait, from al Boukamal city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, was arrested in 2013, by Syrian regime forces. on May 18, 2019, we were informed that he is registered as dead in Civil Registry probably due to torture in a detention center.
