Murhaf Ra’doun, the former administrative manager of “111” Hospital in Qal’at al Madiq town in Hama governorate northwestern suburbs, from Qal’at al Madiq town, was kidnapped on May 14, 2019, by gunmen from his place in Ebeen Sam’an town in Aleppo governorate western suburbs and taken to an undisclosed location. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
