Syrian regime forces dropped barrel bombs on towns and villages of Hama and Idlib suburbs, on April 30

SNHR: Syrian regime forces helicopters dropped barrel bombs on Qal’at al Madiq town and the villages of al Sakhr, al Arima, Bab al Taqa and Karakat in Hama governorate western suburbs, in addition to the villages of Abdin and Ureinba in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, on April 30, 2019. We note that this is the first time Syrian regime forces use the barrel bombs since the Sochi agreement went into effect on September 17, 2018.
