SNHR: a violent explosion occurred near Hamza Bin Abdul Muttaleb Mosque in al Sawma’a neighborhood in the middle of Jisr al Shoghour city in Idlib governorate western suburbs, resulting in a massacre and partial damages to the mosque, on April 24, 2019. We are unable to identify the kind of the explosions or the responsible party as of this writing as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
