The child Qais Thaer al Rahhal was killed in the explosion of an IED placed inside a car in front of his house in Ma’ar Shoreen village in Idlib governorate eastern suburbs, on April 9, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
