The death of an infant due to lack of health care in al Hawl IDPs Camp in Hasaka suburbs, on March 27

The infant Yousef al Abdullah, from Hasaka governorate, died on March 27, 2019, due to lack of health care in al Hawl IDPs Camp located near al Hawl town in Hasaka governorate eastern suburbs, which is controlled by Syrian Democratic forces.
