Musa Mohammad Othman, an employee at Asia Pharmaceutical Industries Factory, from Kelli village in Idlib governorate northern suburbs, was arrested in June 2013, by Syrian regime forces from his place in Idlib city. On March 28, 2019, we informed that he is registered in Civil Registry as dead in December 2014, probably due to torture in a detention center.
