Ali Wahid Qalla’, displaced person from al Abbada town in Eastern Ghouta in east of Damascus suburbs governorate, age 50, was killed in an intensive bombing by fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian using missiles on the middle of Kafrayya town in Idlib governorate northern suburbs, on March 22, 2019.
