The killing of tens of individuals, including children and women, most of whom are families’ members of ISIS, in aerial and ground attack carried out by the alliance of )International Coalition forces and Syrian Democratic forces) on a camp in al Baghouz area which is administratively a part of al Boukamal city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, from March 15, 2019 to March 19, 2019, before Syrian Democratic forces seized controlled on the area as ISIS retreated from it. We are unable to specify the details of the attack and the deaths toll as of this writing.
