SNHR: members of al Samarqand Brigade affiliated with the first corps- a faction from armed opposition- raided Kafr Safra village which is administratively a part of Afrin city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs, on March 20, 2019, arrested five civilians and took them to an undisclosed location.
