The captain Ibrahim Mohammad al Abeid, a dissident officer from Syrian regime forces, from al Rastan city in Homs governorate northern suburbs, born in 1986, was arrested in February 2019, by Syrian regime forces where he was tortured to death. On March 14, 2019, his corpse was handed over to his family. It should be noted that Ibrahim agreed previously on a settlement with Syrian regime forces.
