Ahmad al Salmo, from al Deek Gharbi village which is Administratively a part of Tal Abyad city in Raqqa governorate northern suburbs, was arrested by Syrian regime forces, on February 25, 2019, as he was passing a checkpoint in al Qameshli city in Hasaka governorate northern suburbs, and taken to an undisclosed location.
