SNHR: several shells fell near Mharda electricity thermal station in Mharda city in Hama governorate northern suburbs. The missiles’ source is believed to be fired from a missile launcher stationing in an area controlled by factions of armed opposition which resulted in partial damages in electric transformers and breakers, on February 27, 2019.
