Khader Owayyed al Jahed, from Ghwayran neighborhood in Hasaka city, age 31, his corpse was found in Ghwayran cemetery in Hasaka city with signs of torture and several stab wounds, on February 21, 2019. The area is controlled by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch). We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
