SNHR: Syrian regime forces artillery fired a shell on al Rawda bakery in the middle of Khan Sheikhoun city in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, resulted in causalities. Additionally, the building of the bakery was severely destroyed, and its fuel tanks was burned where the bakery went out of service, on February 19, 2019.
