Faadel Ibrahim al Omar, from Talmennes town in Idlib governorate eastern suburbs, was kidnapped on February 4, 2019. by gunmen from his workplace near Talmennes town and taken to an undisclosed location. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
