The death of an infant due to lack of medical care in al Hawl IDPs Camp in Hasaka suburbs, on February 1

The infant Ouf Mekhelf al Awwad, age six months, died on February 1, 2019, due to malnutrition and lack of medical care in al Hawl IDPs Camp which is located near al Hawl town in Hasaka governorate eastern suburbs and controlled by Kurdish- majority Syrian Democratic forces.
