SNHR: at least 11 civilians, including five children and three women, were killed in the collapse of a cracked building in Salah al Din neighborhood in Aleppo city, on February 2, 2019. The building cracked as it was targeted in aerial bombing, particularly, by barrel bombs dropped by Syrian regime forces on the neighborhood several times previously, according to SNHR’s database.
