Faisal Mazlouh al Ali and Abdul Malik al Qannas, from al Hous village in Raqqa governorate eastern suburbs, were arrested on January 11, 2019, by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) in a raid on their houses in al Hous village and taken to an undisclosed location.
