Ahmad al Jasem al Arab, from Mas’ada village in Raqqa governorate eastern suburbs, was arrested on January 11, 2019, by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) in a raid on his house in Mas’ada village and taken to an undisclosed location.
